Task Analysis Database

The Task Analysis Database is designed to illustrate and clarify the programmatic relationships among CSEPP planning, exercise, and training functions. It defines the linkages between training courses and products, exercise objectives and evaluation elements, and planning guidance elements. It links these through functional emergency management tasks. Examples of functional tasks are provided below. The overall structure of the database is illustrated as well. Queries of the database will enable the user to answer questions such as: What exercise objectives are associated with command and control elements of the planning guidance and what training products support command and control tasks? Using information generated by such questions, the user can identify inconsistencies among training, planning, and exercise tasks.
